Fuelled up furnace, fettered thorax, reduced torso and limbs // Muscular tissue and skin is scourged, lost in massive combustion // Arson devised, flesh is demised - charred and carbonised // Accelerant utilized, the head gone missing as if excised // Expansive exit - this life was despised // Arson devised, flesh is demised – charred and carbonised // Severed at the cervix, brain case burst, a splattered brain stem core // Perplexing puzzle, refitting the pieces of shattered cranial bone // Arson devised, flesh is demised - charred and carbonised // The remaining bone char gives no means of identification // From the last bits and pieces dental pulp obtained // Post-mortal combustion // Proceed with re-cremation

This album has a problem with the MP3 VO compression. I'm pretty sure that's what Bandcamp downloads when you download on mobile, and the album has a bunch of weird volume jumps when I play it on the app. The flac sounds fine though. Kaewin

Obituary is like the anti-prog metal band. You'll get big chugging/thick riffs to bang your head to and LIKE IT!! I do like the Slayer flavored track that opens the album. Also like how they change things up a bit on the title track. Aside from all that, you know what you're getting from Obituary, and this is one of their better albums in years. By a long shot. Bart
